Is it worth it to take bcaa’s during a workout.
From what I’ve read in the other posts and trainers concerning BCAA’s it is essential to consume them during a workout. I myself consume 4 prior, 4 during, and 4 post workout.
I consumed some during my workout for the first time yesterday and I’m not sure if I plan to continue. It’s a pain in the ass to remember to keep sipping this nasty ass drink.
BCAA’s during a workout = a big hell yes.
