I bought some BCAA’s and a friend of mine who is in bodybuilding and such said he takes 30 grams during his workout and feels a real good pump.
I just wanted to know if anyone else did this
and how it works for you.

I often take around 20 grams and very much like the effect.
There have already been several identical topics to this previously, so you might want to search for them.
i jst got done lookin up a few apparently it works well, im going to be trying it out in the next few weeks
I am trying Thib’s plan and I wasn’t taking BCAA. I thought I would have to eat carbs because my workouts sucked. When I started taking BCAA’s 10g before, 30g during and 20g after, I noticed a HUGE difference.
I take 4 pills before, 4 during, 2 after.
that’s a lot of money you guys spend on BCAA’s, good grief. Not saying it’s bad, but yeesh, lol
yea hats my worry is how much it costs, i think il just do about 10 grams during
