I take BCAA’s pre and during workout along with Surge PWO.
on non-weight training days it recommends to take them throughout the day.
I’m eating every 2 hrs as it is, would you bother taking them between meals? feels like it would be a waste to me, since I’m constantly eating.
i know there’s no clear cut answer here, just looking for what others are doing
I try to take them in the morning and before I go to bed. I figure that’s when I need them the most and it costs too much to take them throughout the day.
I only use them midworkout. I figure if you’re eating every 2-3 hours, they’re a waste, especially if you’re ingesting protein 1st thing in the morning, and last thing at night.
