I’m a University level thrower and my team has provided me with an ongoing supply of BCAA’s (I know, lucky me). Anyway, I just bought 4 containers of Biotest Surge. My question is this, can I take BOTH at the same time to maximize gains? How should i go about doing this? Thanks for your advise!
If you have an unlimited supply of BCAA you can sure take advantage of it. Use 3-5 grams of BCAA in between meals and 20-40 grams during your workout with surge use pre and postworkout. If you find you get nauseated or hypoglycemic during your workout than cut the pre workout use of surge and just use it postworkout instead.
