BCAA's All The Same?

I was wondering if all BCAA’s are the same or if their is a significant difference depending on brands.

I was looking online and theirs a deal on 700 pills for 20$

You’re gonna need to look at the concentration of BCAAs per pill, in addition to the ratio of leucine:isolueciine:valine.

For pills, buy them from Biotest (THIS WEBSITE. http://www.t-nation.com/onlineStore.jsp )

For powders, I like www.superiornutraceuticals.com

Each product may have its own distribution or ratio of BCAA content, which will be listed on the label. As far as what’s best, I couldn’t tell you, not do I think anyone definitively could.

Other than looking at the rratio of amino acids there isn’t really much way to tell a difference between companies. But I’d rather buy from a company I trust and know will not throw in a bunch of cheap fillers and steal my money

I’d be especially worried about getting Chinese-made BCAA, which is what some companies appear to be using to be able to sell their products dirt cheap.

Those are just highly-overpriced whey protein concentrate tablets.

Read the label closely.

Oh, i thought it was pure BCAA not capped whey.

      Here you clowns...lol.

Save your money for this…superiornutraceuticals.com

Get the 1Kg. BCAA powder. It's a very high quality fine crystalline powder. And 2 scoops gives you 15g of the bad boys. I posted this before, so this is the last time. If you're smart, this is the choice for you.

Try comparing this amount of bcaa to any fucked up pill price per concentration, and you'll be blown away.

The mix isn't bad, like I said before, toss it in your pro shake, or if cutting, throw it in with whatever juice, or if watching carbs, toss it in with some crystal light, whisk the fuck out of it, and you are on your way to bcaa saturation dudes. After whisking it I like to just keep a spoon in there and just give it a quick stir every time before I swig.

              Your welcome mofo's.

The only thing I know is that I trust Biotest to deliver a quality product and the ratios of ingredients to be accurate. If you are buying product from China who knows what the hell you are getting. I use Biotest BCAA’s and couldn’t be happier with what they have helped me to attain from my weight training.

D

I’ve used BCAAs from Biotest, Allthewhey, and nutraplanet (latter two were bulk crystalline) and got the same effects for all 3 (very helpful).

Ill buy the kilo of BCAA’s and ill throw it in my protein shake.

ALSO, quick question, i dont want to make a new thread.

Whats the difference between Isopure and Isopure Mass? Isopure mass has 56g protein and is significantly lower in price that regular isopure. Am i missing something?

Holy shit, that’s an awesome deal. I’m currently taking like 16 pills of Dynmatize BCAA daily (spread out in a day).

Although the site looks kind of shady, I just bought 2 kg of BCAA powder and a bottle of ZMAs.

Yes, you’re obviously missing the label. Read it. Did you really need to be told that?

Thanks for the reassurances! I’m really looking forward to the 30g of BCAA a day at an awesome price.
