Ok, here’s the question–If I were to add BCAAs into my supplement regime, where would they go in terms of priority? I mean in terms of my budget. Below whole food, creatine, and protein is pretty well a given, but what should I be buying before considering BCAAs? Where is its place in a supp. budget? If I had a choice between buying Beta 7 and BCAAs, which would be a better choice?
I figured that at 9 tabs a day one bottle will last me about 28 days, but at 15 tabs (5g 3x day) it will last me only 16 days, and at 20, only about 12 days. So I’m buying anywhere from 28-90 dollars of BCAAs every month. That’s expensive, as I would probably lean toward the higher end for better results.
So the question is two pronged, I suppose. I’ve read the recommended use protocols by JB, Waterbury, and CT. 1–under what circumstances is buying BCAA worth the cost, priority wise with budget, and 2–how much would I need to take to get a very good result (ie–will only 9 tabs a day help much)? I’m aware these are largely individual questions, but I’m asking anyway.
Next order will consist (so far) of :
Beta 7-- 1
Flameout – 2
Power Drive-- 1
Spike (blisterpack)–3
TRIBEX gold-- 2
ZMA-- 1
