Your power tech looks just like what I use at the gym for calve raises and some times the front presses. Looks like you’ve been having some good workouts. Are your outside workouts in the snow yet?[/quote]
That piece of equipment looks almost exactly like mine. Good for assistance stuff. It snowed a little over the weekend here but nothing much. 22 degrees when I left the house this morning. So I’ll be working out in the snow soon.
Snow! I am so envious…
Workouts are looking great, Steve. Always full of variety and sweat. Good stuff.
You are a better man than I because thee is no way in hell I’m doing outdoor stuff in the snow.
Skip,I like the term ‘variety’ not ‘stick to the plan dumbass’. I try to stay on track but I keep getting distracted.
Joe,I grew up in NH so snow is no big deal. Doesn’t slow us down at all. I actually like it.

Great work on the bench, my fellow 41 year old friend.
Thanks Jack.
Just read the steroid article on the home page. Are there really that many people using?? No one in my basement is juicing (that I know of).

True. When we start getting the real snow, people actually start venturing out! You can hear snowmobiles firing up all in the neighborhood. The plow trucks are the size of houses.
Great lifting eco!

I’m not juicing. Well…except for apple, orange, maybe some Frusion.
Not that I needed to say that. You can look at my numbers and tell.

squat 335x5,385x5,435x5,485x1,505x1
powertec squats 4 pps x 5 sets x 10 reps
ab rolls 5 sets x 10 reps
First time I’ve had over 500 on my back in awhile. Felt heavy.
Jeepers. 505 is awesome. Great work.
Once a workout I do a walkout with 134.5kg which is all the weight I have (front squat grip). I am almost to the point where I can hold it for a few seconds without seeing funny little dots floating around in the air. And once, way back when, I did a partial squat (about 6 inches range of motion) with 500 (again with a front squat grip.) That time I did pass out momentarily. Good thing for safety bars. Actually squatting 505 impresses the hell out of me.
Uh…500 felt heavy because it is. Great job, Steve. You never cease to amaze.
505 is insane…insanely awesome!! that would crumple me like my truck going over an empty can!!
Thanks guys.

Not pretty. I was spent from last night.
505 is supposed to feel heavy.
just sayin
I guess you’re right MJ. But I’ve squatted 600 before so I’m a little disappointed.
Drove 300 miles yesterday for hockey. My back, shoulders and neck are all stiff and achy as hell today. So bad that I even stretched (and I never do that).
