Wear the outfit in your avatar. Guaranteed a warm welcome.
Alright, alright…I’ll stop. Don’t need to get all snippity (I can hear your thoughts)
I changed my clothes. Singlet. Am I invited now?

Riiiiiight…actually, I’d love to have a party with bbq pork, lobster, beer and women in singlets. Sounds just about perfect.

She’d get over it.(in ten years)
Got a busy hockey weekend. My oldest has a Sat 8 pm game then a Sun 6:30 am game. Luckily both are local. My youngest only has a couple local middle of the day games. Squats tonight.

We could have a singlets only party. Kinda like a toga party.
KP,what are you doing in the woods wearing a singlet?
wishing she could find her kilt and her viking helmet
MJ,you’re a twisted man. Join the crowd.

are you doing those ab rolls from your feet or knees? either way they are pretty hardcore
and I like your back yard - that addition looks like a small house on it’s own
Ab rolls are from my knees. The sprinting and squats have really shaped my back yard nicely. Thank you for noticing.
The addition is around 1250 square feet.

hill sprints
tire drags

MP 135x5,155x3,175x2,189x1,215x1,235x1,250x1(PR),135x30
superset:
1.chinup 18 sets x 5 reps = 90 total reps
2.pushup 18 sets x 10 reps = 180 total reps
The push ups were easy but the chins got tough the last few sets. I wanted to do 100 total chins but pussied out at 90.

I see we have another in the race to 300…
nice PR!
250 is a big press. Great work. And that’s a butt-load of chins.
250 is a pretty sweet MP, not to mention the finisher of 135 x 30.
and attempting 100 chins in a night? Are you feeling ok? Winter blues coming on or something?
Thanks boys. I’m pumped with 250. Next I want to press my BW (265). I wish I’d have rested five minutes last night and finished the 100 reps. 90 just doesn’t look as cool.

one of the highland gamers taught me a great stretch for this. standing upright, lift both toes as high as you can, and hold for 2 minutes, followed by calf raise to has high as you can get, hold for 2 minutes. this really stretches the IT band right at the knee and has saved me from a lot of pain over the past month
Nice place
Training is looking good nice work on the MP press.
mebbe some ovc roll on the outside of the IT band
and some TKE terminal knee extension type crap…??
WOW!! big MP Steve! Thats a helluva PR!
