Thanks guys. No videos for a bit. My ‘big computer’ at home is really old and messed up. I’m hoping to get a new one for the family at Christmas. So you’ll be deprived of my good looks until then.

Really big squats and huge CGP Steve. I wouldnt know about being a hockey, baseball, or sports dad, I’m and arts dad… The daughter has 3 dance classes, guitar, voice and flute lessons happening. It isnt 14 times a week to the rink, but they are all 20 mile drives for us.

My legs were sore from sprints but I workout today anyway. I made pulled pork and ribs today. Everything came out quite tastey.

What drew my attention was “pulled pork and ribs.” Then I went back and read about all the hard work you did to earn it.

I’m starting to like the idea of cleans before doing deadlifts. Looks like they are working pretty well for ya.

Thanks all. I’m eating leftover ribs and pork right now. I cooked 15 lbs of pulled pork and about the same with ribs. My grill (yes grill Wilson) was as full as possilble. I’m sure the pork isn’t as good as down south but it was a big hit at the cookout.

OP,cleans seem to prime the pump for deads. I suck at them but they’re fun.
