Not today. I usually take 1 week off a month from deadlifting just to give my joints a break.

I turned 26 in May.

Well considering he was a CIA field operative for 12 years, I am more scared of him. He was in the business of killing kids. I just lift weights.

And for fathers day, he is getting 3 bottles of high priced gin lol.

4 sets of 50 to warm up - light weight

This day is a little different. Less sets but also less rest only about 30 seconds between sets and movements are very exaggerated and slow. By this I mean almost doing negatives with each rep and then slow controlled movement up with a hard flex of the quads at the top. This is extremely tiring.
