Bauber II, Ressurection

What better to start a log off with than a back day and deadlifts. I am just a mortal man trying to ascertain the strength of a god knowing I will die long before that ever happens. Oh, I am also fully natty and vegan now.

Warm up - 10 mins on the stairmaster

315x15
405x15
405x15

Finished up with some machine work - light weight and really focusing on muscle contraction.

Yep. Same, same. Thanks. I’m also vegan now, but still spending a lot of time in the steroid forum. wink.

Steroids are for cheaters. Juicing is the way and the path to gains.

Looking HUGE. Looks like you’re still lifting then. Nice. That’s good you weren’t away with some injury. How’s the married life?

than to do it exactly 10 years, to the day, of your very first post. What’s the kids are calling your “cake day”/forum anniversary.

Great to see you posting again.

Married life is good! Looking at starting the kid train here soon. We are moving by the end of the year a few states away.

I’ve trained consistently no severe injuries to report :sunglasses:

I was wondering what that cake was. I thought I had achieved fat kid status and been gifted cake.

Sad day.

Good to see you are still around too Chris!

Arm Day Fun Day. With a plethora of nieces and nephews and an ever growing family, my gym times/ days can be sporadic and all over the place. I used to be “hardcore” about not missing my set gym time and days, but that isn’t conducive for family life and is honestly a young ignorant thing.

Unless you are making your living from lifting weights… just stop. I digress.
