I played football in Division 1 and some semi pro. Other than that I’ve just always enjoyed lifting weights.

I only have my purple belt in widdly tinks, so it’s not crazy hardcore yet. But I’m definitely gasping for air after every session

Testify. My favourite are the average looking dudes who complain about other guys in the gym. “Look at those guys fucking around and texting when they should be training hard.” Oh yeah? Well why is your physique every bit as average as theirs if you’re work ethic is soooooo much better?

Super agree with this. I train max four days a week now and I’m currently around 260 lol. I have a log running over in the pharmacy section. Some guys just don’t get it haha. Someone asked me how I stay lean and what kind of cardio I do. I said well I walk back and forth to th fridge a lot and get food. So there’s that.
