I think Batman is given way to much credit. He is somewhat of a pop culture phenomenon, equivalent to Chuck Norris, but as far as competing with the best of the best superhero’s, he just couldn’t. Maybe if he had time to plan for each opponent or lie in wait, but if Marvell and DC suddenly get thrown into a Thunderdome type situation fighting to the death, Batman is one of the first to go.
dude no way! hawkeye, the flash, aquaman, and a bunch of other people would definatly die first. And batman proves himself time and time again, he gets the shit beat outta him, and gets his back broken yet he still manages to pull out a brutal win each time.
How do those three die before him barring mere chance?
well if we are talking a thnderdome type situation, there wouldnt be a big body of water, so aquaman’s powers would do him no good, all it’d take to beat flash is a good clothsline and I may give you that hawkeye could hold his own for a little bit, but it a battle royale setting batman is waaaay more prepared for fighting multiple enemies at once.
Aquaman is still very powerful without water, so a lack of water doesn’t justify your hypothesis. Flash has variable durability and near light speed reaction time as well as intangibility so a clothesline isn’t exactly a nail in the coffin. If Batman had no prior knowledge, he’s no more prepared than anyone else.
…hahaha…you win this round

I will say this though, battle royale style surprise thunderdome match up, Superman will rule all.

EDIT: With Hulk probably being in the final fight. Wolverine would hang in there real close to the end too.

Not if the Hulk is present.

He’d definitely be top 10 at the least provided we don’t use universe busters and multidimensional beings

Yeah it really depends on what constitutes a win

Being alive when the other isn’t. The Hulk is really the only one that might give him a good run. Other than those two who else would be there in the last little group? I think Wolverine would but I am lost from there on.

I think Thor last a while. If we include bad guys Darkseid as well. And the bad guy that’s supposed to be in Avengers 2 (forget his name) he’ll last too.

I figured that’s what thunderdome would imply. I think the inclusion of characters that can’t conventionally die makes this a difficult query.

Thanos would definitely be in the top 10 especially since he’s kinda immortal

True, maybe seperate, for a lack of better term, mortals and non-mortals.

Yeah immortal and pseudo-immortal fights would have to come down to KO and BFR (Hulk reverting to Bruce would count as BFR).

Also are we talking comic book batman or Christian Bale Batman, cause that makes a big difference.

Yeah I wasn’t thinking bad guys because you could go all cosmic with universe destroyers like Imperiex that they all had to team up to beat.

Ya it’s tricky though. Superman doesn’t revert to anything while the Hulk does so how would Supes lose?

How about Imperiex vs Gallactus (Sp?)

Yeah complete incapacitation would probably be a better idea than death.

It can be argued whether or not Superman is 100% immortal. He would fall into the camp of incapacitation i.e. he can’t fight anymore for a respective length of time.

Would have to be the former otherwise no one else would exist lol

I just mean’t as far as abilities go for Batman, not the universe.
