Batista's Training Program

i think its most like the live filming of an ‘action movie’ and they only do one take. the lines are rehearsed, as are the moves, but the ‘action’ is real.

after i decided that was my thinking on the subject, i quit making fun of fans of the ‘sport’.

its like a live action movie sequence. 80’s action. little plot (what is there is somewhat silly) but enough to tie the action together.

so in that aspect its like Jean Claude van Damme movies. plot bits here and there to tie the fights/matches together.

His body might look good. But the bettr question is “What’s his steroid program”?

There’s really no secret thing why these wrestlers look so humongous.you can too.The only reason these wrestlers look so big is because they do 500-700 bodyweight hindu squats per day besides the weight lifting. Some of the old wrestlers also did Hindu push ups to look even bigger.

The last exercise which is kind of controversial is the neck bridge, also called the wrestler’s bridge.Look how to do these exercises by googling them. The most important thing ofcourse is to eat at least 6 meals a day.I’m sure if you started some hindu squats, weight training, some cardio and eat good then you would look exactly like them. There’s really no secret to it.

Everyone?

I would expect to see far more larger bodybuilders in the gym if that’s the case.

Thanks Matt Furey, but I’ll stick to my front barbell squats.

Sorry Dave but that is stupidest thing I’ve read here in a very long time. No one is getting huge from doing 500-700 reps in anything. Don’t get me wrong I’m not knocking them for building mental toughness, which is something Wrestlers need, but to say that they will make you huge is just plain Stupid and misleading to skinny teens who read this. They will start doing these all day, then come summer they’ll be able to do hundreds while watching TV and wonder why they are not getting any bigger.

This isn’t really funny, it’s just stupid. Please just stop.

To the OP: just pick a beginners program from this site if you want to look better. Doing Batista’s program will not make you look like Batista. Find the program that works for you.

HI,

I know that when someone talks about the wrestler of WWE,they’ll say these guys on drug to get so damn big. but i still believe they need to go to gym to train their body, right? and i think Dave Batista’s body looks good(no matter he’s actually strong or not). anyone have his training program can tell me what he do inside the gym??

Forgot to mention about Batista.

this guy used to be a whisker over 400 pounds and use to be a bouncer.Very bad man from the stories ive heard. But he was just more like a massive powerlifter. He has trimmed down to about 275 pounds for his in ring work.

Take care

whats a whisker?

I remember reading an article (probably Flex’s) but I don’t remember his routine.

I remember it stating that he used to be involved in bodybuilding and weighed about 50 pounds more than his current weight.

True 'dat. Batista was a bodybuilder for many years before going into the wrestling biz. What is more, he is a tall guy (6’4 or 6’6,) and struggled for years with being lanky and needing to put on tons of muscle to fill out and get big. It takes a longer time and a vastly different program to fill out a beanpole like he once was to bodybuilder proportions than a guy, say, my own sizee (8" shorter.)
