Basketball Dribbling Video

sup just wondered what you think:

old footage but i put a mix too it…

just hoe’n out my youtube again  at least im honest…

peace

ps: hopefully next vid will be in game footage of handles + in game dunks… still trying to get my vert up…

you don’t play? why not?

10 points for your video editing skills.

I don’t play basketball so i cant tell you how impressive it is.

don’t really like to anymore… tried the whole college walk-on tryout thing, didnt workout, mostly my fault im an idiot.

i enjoy dribbling though more than pretty much anything though.

im trying to get my vert up… im at 130" touches (10’10"), i need 11’2" touches, then i’ll start playing again, but just to make in-game dunk footage  i told myself i wouldn’t play until i get those stats…

peace

thnx for the replies

I want my 2:22 back.

And if you have the athletic ability to touch 10’10" which is two inches shy of the top of the square, you might have been a better basketball player if you’d have worked on your game and not silly shit like dribbling tricks. But to each his own. I’m assuming that b-ball wasn’t a priority for you.

QFT.

There’s a reason why And 1 players never make it to the NBA (outside of Skip, who is mediocre with the big boys).

Dribbling tricks look nice, but there comes a point when everyone you play against can handle the ball just as well as you.

Nevertheless, not bad.

how dumb can you get? bringing up fundamentals in a video that obviously is not about them at all… it’s just a video about dribbling… and you can’t infer that i didn’t train fundamentals based on a video like that.

here’s your 2:22 back: you suck ballz.

i worked on my game pretty intense when i was training… i could shoot with either hand (jumpers/layups etc) in any situation… i played very well in aau/jv… never played varsity, string of injuries (broken wrists etc).

i could never dunk growing up… in fact all i could hit off a run in august was 123" on the vertec… so all i’m doing is training vert right now so i can eventually get my elbow over.

this is me shooting lefty or righty (lazily), someone on a forum wanted to see it:

not many people can do that… you have to put in tons of time & effort to be able to pull up lefty or righty from anywhere…

but whatever, probably my last response to the lame comments…

Mediocre?
Houston went from a 22 game winning streak in the west coast, to can’t win a game. Thats far from mediocre. I would like to see your favorite college point guard in a game against skip right now.

It’s ok, but I found myself wondering “can he bring it up against pressure and get his team in an offense?” If you can touch 10’10 and can’t dunk, something is wrong there.
Shoot a jumper with your left hand? Why. Can you show me a highlite of any decent player at any level shooting a jumpshot with their offhand.

I’ve seen alot of kids with handles like yours that shit their pants when they get in a real game. Not to be overly critical, but sweet handles like that are very, very irrelevent.

lol i can dunk… but it’s not something spectacular with a 10’10" touch… 134-138" touches will have you dropping down sick stuff. when i play again it’ll only be to burn people off the dribble and dunk… i could care less about anything else… jumpers & layups are boring to me.

i don’t care what other people do… i would use both hands, primarily my right hand, but i would use my left on pullups and all kinds of floaters… it really confuses the defender.

their are a bunch of nba players who can shoot with their other hand, they just don’t… for example kobe/jermaine oneal etc. they demonstrated their ability to do so on a few occasions.

ok when i get some in game footage i’ll post it here and you can tell me if i was shitting my pants or not.

in the summer around here, tons of college kids come back and play on the streets… so if i hit my goals by then i’ll have a nice new vid to post on here.

;d

crazy bastards

Hey bud I was not trying to hurt your feelings, and pants have gotten so baggy, I wouldn’t be able to tell if you had shit your in them or not.

Yes, alot of players can shoot with their off hand but choose not to because any player who chooses to shoot a lower percentage shot is a dumbass.

Have you tried strength shoes? I have seen them work wonders on some kids. The workout is a bitch, but such as life. You get out what you put in Bra.

I am a formar sky walker, and I look back on my game and wish I had worked harder on my jumper. Guys that knew me backed off and gave me the J all day because theu knew I couldn’t shoot. But I sure as shit did posterize a few guys.
Good luck with your game.

no one hurts my feelings… i just like arguing with people on forums.

strength shoes? you’re kidding right?
