Hey Coach,
You have lot of experience training the main lifts. I would like your opninion on my current program. I train three days a week.
Day 1
· Back squat
· Front squat
· SLDL
· GHR
· Bulgarian Split Squats
Day 2
· Incline Dumbell Press
· Incline Barbell Press
· Seated Dumbell Press
· BNP
· Dips
Day3
· Barbell Row
· T Bar Row
· 1 arm row
· Chest Supported Row
· Pull Ups
I do 4 working sets on each execice leaving 1 or 2 reps in the tank.
