It’s not, and I don’t think anybody said it was. It’s tailored for competitive bodybuilders, and other athletes looking to be very lean for whatever reason. Competitive isn’t the same as pro - pro bodybuilders are a very small subset of bodybuilders, and their needs tend to be very different from those of bodybuilders at the amateur level.
There are a few.

I just don’t usderstand why so many people here feel so threatened by the man. I know he comes off a little harsh sometimes, but it’s good to see a knowledgeable individual question the so called experts and gurus around here. I have all the respect in the world for various writers here, but enven they talk out of their asses sometimes.
Not every article can be a winner and there’s nothing wrong with holding someone accountable for writing an article that contains errors or passes something off as absolute that in actuality is only a good guess. Lyle likes to do that and it’s good for everyone involved. It keeps the “experts” on their collective toes.
As for Lyles’ books, I’ve received great results with some of his ideas and not so great results with others. However for the low price of his books the information you get is a bargain.
