Bad news first: I am 99.9% sure I severed a nerve in my finger and will most likely live out the rest of my days with a half numb finger. My padre is a hand specialist and said it costs around 10k for that type of surgery.
‘F’ that.
Middle fingers are good for two things: flipping off dumb ass people and fingering a girl in the ass while mounting her from behind…or so I’ve heard
Badder news: I can’t wrap my hand around anything. So I was thinking of getting wrist wraps so I can still do chin’s and stuff.
Good news: bartending and oral sex (receiving) are both fun activities.
Alright Bartl, I’m going to jack your EDT workout, adding it onto the end of my Thursday session because deadlifting heavy 3x a week is going to take its toll on me.

i was going to say, that much deadlifting with a bum knee was going to hurt at some point
I don’t do this often, but when I do, it means it’s something important to me.
Like cancer, almost every person has known someone or know’s of someone who has been effected some sort of heart disease and/or stroke.
I am one of them.
A couple years ago, my godfather suffered a stroke that nearly took his life. He has had what the doctor’s call a miraculous recovery and shows only limited sign’s of the stroke.
With that in mind, I have joined a team to walk in the Santa Barbara Start! Heart Walk to benefit the American Heart Association.
My personnal goal is to raise $1,000 dollars!

At first, I didn’t think the program was that tough. I barely was sweating during it and didn’t feel my HR climb much at all.
Then yesterday came and I could start to feel it. Today is a whole different story.
I can’t flex my moobs, I can barely pinch my shoulder blades together and don’t even talk to me about trying to curl up my arms or extend them with anything other than the weakest attempt…EVER.
That repGasm program is legit in my book.
Legs tonight and since I can’t hold a bar, my mind is going crazy creating a body weight leg session. I know whats going to happen and it should be interesting.
Right on brother! I am actually housesitting right now and don’t have my scale so my weight is going to be a couple days deliquent.
BTW, if you ever want to really mess with someones computer, try hitting these buttons at the same time:
Alt-Ctrl-Up arrow
I did it in a drunken stupor on accident on Saturday night, woke up and my damn desk top was turned sideways and the direction of my mouse pad was reverse what it normally is.
I met with my doctor today, and we both agreed on me having the surgery. Lucky for me, the surgeon that I’ll most likely be working with is the same one that operates on the USA Hockey team, U of M Hockey and the EMU football team.
