This is the first time posting progress here. I honestly hope I’m posting this the right way. Today I maxed barbell bench press at 165. A little over a month ago I maxed 150. This was the first time maxing barbell squat. I maxed at 185. Perhaps I can reach the 200s by the summertime. Eventually pressing 2 plates would be nice.
