Bought an absolute car load of food. I hate prepping it but got all the chicken and beef weighed read for a few weeks.
Gonna go get some sleep today since some psycho was making a lot of noise and hitting things outside our house last night. Luckily there’s a police box right near our place and I think he got carted off with the cops.
Pinned VG again today, hit a nerve or a blood vessel I reckon as I have a wicked (albeit small) bruise. It was swollen for a little while but seems fine now. I’ll keep an eye on it.

I hate preparing food sometimes, especially when i’m tired. I’ve been trying fo find some easily made food thats actaually nutritious! Its not easy.
I have it down to a fine art now so it’s not too bad. I cook all my vegetables the night before (usually 600g mix of asparagus and broccoli) and have about 5 days of chicken ready the go. The rest of the chicken and the beef is frozen. I love eating though so it’s not that much of a problem.
I refuse to buy made food most of the time since I like to weigh and measure pretty much everything that goes in my mouth.
Shakes with oatmeal and some EFA are top notch if you’re short of time! Milled flax seeds really give shakes some thickness too. Flax seems to be a bit out of fashion lately mind do it’s poor conversion to EPA/DHA; 15% at best IIRC. I’ve got an absolute shit load of it to use mind!
Nothing much going on right now with me (for anyone that still reads). Still making gains but not quite as amazing as weeks 4-5, but solid still.
Hit 275x1 on Front Squat like night which I was pretty damn pleased with. I rarely attempt 1RMs but wanted to see what I could do.
Switched a lot of exercises up last night too so pretty sore today. Lunges kill me.
I’m going to start back squatting again since I haven’t done so for about a year.
Keep up the good work Bak. There are many following your thread even when we don’t post. I too find the last weeks of cycle get stale. That is why I’ll opt for short ones in teh future.

I think once the first time user gets over the ‘honeymoon period’ with gear it’s just time to kick back, train hard, eat and sleep. I’m not the most creative of writers and the purpose of the log was more for me to look back one and see any mistakes I make.
I’m notorious for not making notes of things for later use then kick my ass because I can’t recall what I did. It’s odd since my training log goes beyond just sets and reps but I add notes etc if sets were easy, slow eccentric etc.
I still have a killer bruise from Monday’s injection though! There’s zero pain at the site and no swelling so I guess I just hit a blood vessel. It’s slowly disappearing. I actually think I went a little low into the muscle there. Pinning is getting very very easy.
Rather than spend time heating the oil etc I just draw, swab, changes needles and pin. It may hurt a little more but it’s way quicker.
Last week for my current back and tricep exercise. Pulls and chins are getting tough with the extra bulk ![]()
I’m not sure I found the sweet spot with regards to adex (I still have some water without doubt) or just that the Enth is in ‘full flow’ but man, I wake up and feel like an animal… MUST RAVAGE BOTH FOOD AND FEMALE (Not always in that order).

Training is going great, the sudden jump in gains is levelling off but where as before where I’d look to gain a rep, add a small amount of weight or reduce rest times I’m kinda doubling up on those. I’ll either get a few more reps on my working sets, or add a small amount of weight or a little of both. Either way I’m super happy; Just need to stay focused as I come off.

Holy no posting, Batman! There’s nothing much to add really apart from the huge libido boost and training is going really well.
Almost into week 8 now. I have everything ready for the stasis and taper with a slight different.
I’m going to wait until my blood levels drop to 100mg then start the stasis for 4 weeks, I should have tapered off Adex during those 2 weeks, following by 6 weeks of taper with a SERM.
Getting some nice acne on my chest now. Need to intervene sharpish!

I’ve read very little in the guys background but I really don’t understand that when a guy makes a mistake like that it’s simply BAM, you’re done. The main concern was the embarrassment and tarnishing of Japan’s international image.
I contrast it with Gordon Brown’s mobile phone going off mid meeting recently, but everyone found that amusing rather than a mark on England’s image!
The economy is not so great and took a 12.7% dive IIRC. I’m seeing the effects of it in the company I work for with cuts to both the work force and pay. Grim times but they’ll always be work around.
I hope that foreigners in Japan get a piece of that stimulus package though I think it’s only those that possess the “eijuuken” (green card equiv).
Training is going fine, the libido thing is most apparent in the morning though. Trying some new exercises at the moment like close grip BP in the smith - Finding it quite tough to isolate the triceps more for those unless I really concentrate on pulling the elbows in tight. I’ll stick with them though.
Get some nice acne outbreaks on the chest now. They’re freakin HUGE, eh? I’m sure many people have experienced this but still, mine are big, red and sometimes kinda sting. Gonna go hit up the drug store see if I can find some products with either sylicilic acid, peroxide or acetasalic acid… as recommend by others.
I kinda feel like the gains are slowing down now. Training 5 days a week is actually getting tough too. I’m going to run week 8 and see how I feel but I may come off. Not that the effects are amazing
but recovering faster and being able to go back on cycle quicker is quite appealing. I’ll see how this week goes.
Up a few more lbs this week bit still looking a bit watery. I’ve upped my adex to 1mg/day and feeling very little bad sides such as achy joints etc. I’ll how how it goes once it stabilizes.
I managed to pull 420 over the weekend, that’s pretty epic for me.
This was my experience too (cycle petering out around 8 weeks). Good idea to stop and recover. Key to maintaing your gains is not to allow yourself to be sidetracked during PCT by an emotional funk brought on by being a mere mortal once more. You can reduce frequency to 3 intense days a week of weight training and maintain in my opinion. Slowly reduce your food intake according to the energy you dispense. Minimal cardio as required to keep lean.
A Christian Thibaudeau maintenance routine that should prevent muscle loss is:
All routines 4 sets - 6 reps - 90 seconds in between EACH exercise. Train EOD or leave 2 days between lower and full body.

A2) T-Bar row
B1) DB low incline bench press (1st notch from flat)

I was going to do something similar to DC without the widowmaker sets. Either that or Pull/Push/Legs.
I’m tempted to come off end of week 8 (or possibly week 10), run a 4 week stasis then 4-6 week taper + SERM.
Maybe you can get away with a simple SERM (Nolva) PCT if you stop at 8 weeks. 4 weeks of 40/40/20/20
The stasis/taper is great; but it takes a lot longer. It’s nice to have the luxury of not having to inject until next time you’re ready to go whole hog again.
Sounds like you’ve bin doing some great work, im super excited to see the results! Ive kinda fallen off the bandwagon myself, ive been unable to get a hold of a credit card to get the adex and i refuse to pay 14bucks per tab around here… hows the diet going? Getting sick of stuffin your face yet? Just curious, whats your post cycle diet gunna look like?

MA-V: I haven’t been eating too huge tbh. Around 4000-4500 cals a day and gaining fine so I just kept it the same. My problem is I snack a little too much since my appetite is WAY up. Good snacking though; nuts, raisins, probiotic yoghurt etc… but still the cals add up.
GI J: possibly at the end of the cycle, sure. I’m stupid lazy with pics tbh and just a take a look at myself in the mirror each morning to gauge gains. Same with measurements. I do them randomly but overall I just go by the mirror. My legs are up about 3", arms (which sucked in the first place) are up about 1.5", my neck is way bigger I noticed as well. Gained most strength in my legs and chest in terms of lifting numbers.
I’m 30 lbs up from when I started and feeling quite watery still depsite the higher adex. Might try some letro next time I run Test E.
10 weeks is looking possible but I still have some PRs to hit that I’m really close to - may get em next week though.
PCT for 10 weeks may look like this:
week 11-12: nothing, allow blood levels to drop to 100mg.
week 13-14: 100mg/week + Nolva 40mg/day
Week 15-18: Nolva 20mg/day
Stasis may increase to 5-6 weeks. Dave_ did something similar, and whilst the point is homeostasis the SERM does serve peace of mind.
