Hey fellas, this is what is going on. Going to the Bahamas in just less than 3 weeks wanting to look as shredded as possible. Stats: 5’10", 175 lbs, 10%, looking to get to 8-9% before I go. Just wondering if I am on a super low carb, calorie diet what is the best supplement to preserve LBM, Mag 10, 4AD, Androsol, Methoxy? Anyone else had any luck dropping a good amount of fat in this time frame? Thanks in advance!

I’m in a somewhat similar situation. Dropped the carbs through the floor starting Monday, circa 1200-1500kCal/day, fat & sufficient protein(T-Dawg recommendations on the Protein) Here it is Friday morning and the bodyfat is plummeting faster than a Zero under heavy flak fire. Oh… I suppose meltdown training has something to do with it too!
I tried replying to this a minute ago, but I’m not sure if it went through…I used Mag-10 at one dose a day while severely cutting (for 4 weeks) before I went on vacation this Summer with great retentions in LBM. I made sure to get a solid week and a half of Tribex/M in before I left though, as I wanted to be in tip top T-Man shape for my girlfriend while we were away.

WIth only 3 weeks left and your already quite lean state, if I were you, I’d try EDT and try to gain a little lean mass and let the lean mass cook off the fat. Last summer, I was in a time crunch, before EDT, with only about 3 1/2 weeks left, did giant sets, no rest save for the walk from station to station, day 1, Squat, rows, bench, (abs and calves)day 2 rest, day three Deads, chins, military press, (abs and calves). 10 sets of 6. worked great.
I would be very worried about dropping cals as low as 1200-1500 without some “assistance”…sounds like a recipe for muscle wasting if you ask me.
