No, hahaha.
Not something I would have picked up on given how much training you do

I still trained consistently because things are always worse if I don’t. I still tried. Yet I didn’t ever go all-in on anything – not that it should often be like that for training to be a priority – but I wasn’t very hungry for progress, truthfully. So, everything felt half-hearted to me.
Now you’re making me second guess myself!
Okay that makes much more sense than the way I interpreted it.

It begins again.
I am debating if I should try 115 again next time or stick with 110. I used 110 last time I ran this program, so it would be disappointing to me in some sense. But at the same time I am definitely leaner than my first confrontation with DW. I only started eating more again 1.5 days ago or so – also, it is nice to feel like a normal person again and to sleep well – but I am still solidly on the ninth hole of my belt. So, I am pleased to have completed nearly 8x10 with 115 given the circumstances.
~also it sucked and i wanted to cry between every set and i feel nauseous now~
Hooray!
Boo (but also I’m glad I’m not alone lol)!
Also, I completely forgot about Foxing, will have to jump back in
Blasphemy!
Also shout out to @QuadQueen again for suggesting a long time ago that I supplement with liquid vitamin D instead of capsules. I had bloodwork done for the first time since April. I always test my thyroid and vitamin D, and I recently received my results – 74 ng/mL vitamin D, wow!
This is AWESOME!! I am SO glad that it worked!! ![]()

I like this day because it is short. My core is actually the most sore after yesterday. I slept for a very nice nine hours.

BB curl 50x5x10
Lateral raise 10x3x10

Tabata KB swings (22kg)
This wasn’t bad at all, and the weight is five pounds heavier than my last run of DW. Not a big difference, but it’s something.
It’s funny how much calmer this is than the lower body session. Just vibed and jammed to Lucy Dacus, which would not fly for 10x10 squats or deadlifts.

3x400m run (1:22,1:26,1:24)
I’m hurting, but this went pretty well. The weights on bench are heavier than my last DW run, and they feel “right.” I am trying BtN press for the third lift and should definitely go heavier next time. I’m also pleased that my performance on the BW movements after all that pressing is noticeably better than how I fared last year.
My new running shoes are awesome. I felt like I was flying despite how sore I am.

This was all over the place. I was probably a bit ambitious to start with 180. Honestly, I felt very close to throwing up near the end for some reason (hence the seven-rep set) even though it did not feel that bad. I should stick with 175; In any case, I have it in for me next time, and I’m switching it up on this day a bit by doing front squats and BSS. Wanted to cry in between sets but not as much as on squat day. I will sleep well tonight.

I did not sleep as well as expected. My entire back aches, which showed showed on the pull-ups. I did not have time to go running as planned, but I will try to do some conditioning this weekend despite the forecast.

6x40s run:25s rest + 20-minute trudge (nasty calf cramp after this)
Five pounds heavier than my last DW run, so that’s cool. It was like clockwork today. I slept and felt mentally better after taking yesterday off of work (for my sanity at this point) to hang out with my friend at a cafe for six hours, which was great. I’m on the eighth hole of my belt now – a bit loose – but I like to think that it’s due to more glycogen.
I must say that I really have it in for me on the upcoming weeks given the weights I’ve selected…

Honestly, not very well. But I am glad that you are posting again and hope that you feel healthy!
