I felt weak this morning, and it showed. I have about a week left until I can prioritize training again, and I am looking forward to it. Maybe try to gain some muscle in January? We’ll see.

Much better today than yesterday. My schedule is about to get real Funky, so it will be interesting to see how the next week unfolds. I’m going to some shows soon, and then I will travel for a few days. Crossing my fingers that I stay healthy.
I had a small refeed of sorts last night, and that definitely helped. I unexpectedly beat my old PR at this weight by two reps. Funny because I spent most of this year not benching at all.
I was lazy today and didn’t feel like doing my T2 lifts today. I was short on time and not pleased with the number of reps I managed at my working weight, so I opted to instead do backoff sets.
This could be my last lifting session for several days because I am going on an Important Trip on Tuesday, but I might squeeze in something between now and then.
