Bagsy, I have running questions for you.

Considering you think:

Is slow, I feel you are an excellent person to ask.

As you know from my log, I am running again after a 3 year hiatus, and longer before that. My best half marathon time ever was 1h55m on a course that decended 3000ft.

Questions are:
When would you add speed work after getting back into running?
What are some of your favorite speed workouts?

I do not expect to be as fast as you, I am carrying a lot more mass. But getting down to a 21 minute 5k would be fantastic for me. I never cracked 25 minutes even in high school XC.
