I just returned from 8 days in mexico and have not really worked out in the normal sense…

how should I go about it? Jump right back in or ease in a bit…no pun intended…

8 days? I’d probably jump right back in.

Otherwise, maybe just reduce volume for your first week so that you aren’t so sore you can’t move, but I don’t think that would be an issue from only 8 days.

Hell, the rest might help you set some PRs.

I thought the lack of training might set me back but I thik it gave my muscles time to grow and I even ate like shit for a couple of days and drank.

I thik Eric Cressey said something about this in one of his articles where you can load up on carbs at certain times and actually lose fat. I still weigh the same as before I left…
