Back to the grind and in need of advise!

Just before Christams I finished 2 months of T-dawg diet coupled with the meltdown training program and all went well, shed the fat retained the lean. Unfortunatly life circumstances pulled me out of the gym for the past month short of a sparatic couple days here there (talk about withdrawl syndroms). I stayed on a relative version of the T-dawg, eating low carb, lots of meats, cottage cheese, fresh veggies and getting my fats from flax, olive, etc, this kept me lean and at weight through out the month of Jan. I’m now back on a training schedule (4 days a week in the gym)and could use advise as to what diet would help me return to eating a good amount of carbs as I can see my endurance to push the weight has suffered. Ultimatley I’d like to prep myself for a building cycle both training wise and diet. Any advise??? Thanks in advance.
