With summer around the corner (finally), I’m wondering if any of you ever think about how to eat/drink to look your best when at the beach. I’m talking on that particular day, not just in general. I always look the most ripped first thing in the morning, and I guess if all I do is drink coffee and water I can pretty much stay that way all day. But I usually play volleyball when I go to the beach, and even if I drink lots of water and don’t eat anything salty or carby (new word), it seems like after a few hours sweating in the sun I don’t really have that lean, just-out-of-bed look…instead I look watery. I’m wondering if any of you seasoned lifters/builders have had success keeping that nice, kind of ‘dry’ look throughout the day. I admit there is a level of vanity behind this question and some will say, stop worrying about it, blah blah blah…but whatever. I’m sure there’s got to be someone out there who thinks about this.
