these were going to be supersetted with vertical leg press but same anti-vertigo thing happened flat on my back
hack squat 3 x 8, last set 20lb and 2 reps more than last time
leg press 45 degree 2 warm ups then 4 x 12-15, each to failure

with shitty health, lots of stress both work and personal, and the transition to a lower protein diet, I am making progress to get back to where I was, so happy with it
