I am by no means an expert on them. If you look at some DC threads or “CC’s how do you train”
you can probably find more info.

Set up in a power rack or smith machine. Use straps and set your grip as wide as possible. Put your legs up on the high section of a decline bench (foot end) or on the head end of an incline bench. Make sure your feet are positioned higher than your hips. Pull up and hold at the top and SLOWLY come all the way down. Repeat for desired reps. If you want to add resistance you can put DB’s, Plates, EZ Bar on your lap. The video i posted above should help.
