I’ve been slacking the last couple of months, pretty much only working,drinking, partying and eating like shit. It’s time to get back on track:

Tested my Lifts Yesterday:

Bench: 3x265
Clean+Press: 2x225
Pullups: 12 (deadhang)

Doing DL max later on, cant max out on squat cauyse I got no rack.

Program:
WSFSB III for the next 12 weeks.

Diet:
P 350
C 200
F 150

no carbs after 3 o clock except pre/post w/o
