Sunday 4/2. A shit-show of humanity/bus ride to the gym. Busy work, not to great otherwise this weekend.

The lift was pretty good though, even after blowing out my shorts during warm-ups :slight_smile: Video proof to follow.

BE: 6 wks ago= 275 PR/ 2wks ago= 4x1s @ 264/ last wk 4x2@ 264. I’m thinking 264 @ 2nd attempt, shooting for 281 meet PR (286.5 perhaps?)

DL: 5 month old Max = 391lbs/ training off 400. 4 wks ago= 3x4@ 345/ 3 wks= 5x1@ 365/ last wk= 4x4@ 355 plus 3" blocks =4x2@ 375.
Thinking of 347/ 352 open, 380ish 2nd, to Finally pull 400+…maybe 413/418 or so??

Good news is, later I have 4x2@ 330 on squats, so that should be fine…:pensive:

20 days out today. Doc’s appointment in AM; 192 BW, after an overnight fast for bloodwork. I’m down though, to 5’ 8 3/4" tall ::))…yes, the nurse made sure to count the 3/4.
Just missed ‘obese’ in the BMI: 28. So I’ve got more work to do.
