That grip issue was a bummer; almost dropped a couple reps. Lack of/faded strength after meet for sure. Felt it on my 2nd pull on meet day; pulled PR after that and felt fine.

Are you moving to mixed grip now? Either that or start training hook if you want to stay double overhand.
Why are you using a slingshot? You can press that weight raw. Or am I missing something?

No,no, that’s the point. Kept things right where I wanted them. Like you said, the weight wasn’t to much, just wanted decent reps instead of quitting altogether.

I can’t imagine ever having a concierge! That’s a whole other type of life, and in Denver of all places too! I still can’t ever think of Denver has some high flying city. Snow, Broncos, but I guess The High Life too?

Safety bar SQ: 5x5@ 135. Another guy was there, asked about the bar, figured I’d try it out finally. Liked it quite a bit; will use again.

Did super-sets with these.
Conditioning: 40yrd sprint to catch the bus.
That’s my kind of conditioning… if you cut the distance in half.
It was only one way…one time:) No more than once a week.
