BE: 5x1@ 245

3" block pulls worked up to singles @ 275,315,335,355,355. This WAS NOT in the plan; felt easy so I kept going up. No damage done.

Last weeks training; Tuesdays’ over-reach knocked Thur/Fri off a bit. Dam those block pulls.

Thurs: Med. SQ, last OHP work, med. pressing.

Friday: DL-- Needed 4x2@ 340. Got first 2 barely. Not the time to be grinding Every Single Rep…Backed off to 6x3@ 315, low back beaten by those block pulls Tues. A positive note= grip has been rock solid for this build up.

BE: Needed 4x2@ 250. Got 3, needed a touch on the 4th; then 4x3@ 220 easy. This was on track.
That was it. Planned on taking today off; see how I feel later.

13 days out. Almost…almost settled on openers. Figure it out in the next 2 hours, or days.
Going with the “weight you can triple anytime” idea.

SQ: It’s been up and down; 275-285 range. Goal of 320. Perhaps 275/ 305/ 320 (+) to finish

BE: 242. Easy. Goal of 260.

DL: 325-330. Easy. Goal of 370.

Subject to change. Whatever happens, I’ll have it all figured out by 2 weeks from today :slight_smile:
