Rack pulls: 10x3 to 365
Power shrugs: 5x5
Leg press machine: 3x15
Calf: 3x15
DB laterals + press: 3x15+15

Tweaked my hams/tie in..2nd time in a couple weeks= I’m not warming up properly..really got away from this part of my training.
Back to it with 8-10x 25, misc. moves/machines, big circuit style..
Tried and True.
