A 275+ lifter hit a 585 SQ, then bumped up 70 to hit 655. Real strong, and hit a good depth, in sleeves and Vans. Never seen him there before.

Tues/10/1

Second day back at work- after 30 days off + 23 days Europe vacation.

Zero training while away- just A Lot of walking…so I’m back at it already.

Thurs/9/26: Some all over pump work.

Sat/9/28: Lower body + laterals and curls= about an hour pumping.

Mon/9/30: Bench/ decline DB’s/ Shrugs and rear delts.

A couple more pumping it up sessions, then into a strength+jacked phase.

Your training will probably take off for a while, with all the time off.

Well, I’ll take it.

Came home down 5lbs.= different diet, no training ect…
