Back Into Shape

I just missed two weeks of training and proper diet from being hospitalized, here’s my plan for getting back in the game and then some:
Diet: Modified t-dawg 2.0
1.5g proteign per pound of weight, .5g fats/carbs per pound of weight.
On training days five meals: P/C,P/C,P/C,P/F,P/F
On off days four repas: P/C,P/C,P/F,P/F
Training: Meltdown I with boxing
Supplementation: Hot-Rox
As you can see the plan is to lose fat while keep muscle. (Bet you didn’t see that one coming).
Feel free to critique, but my mind is pretty much made up by now.

Sergius, I would have been glad to comment and/or critique, but it seems to be a waste of time when someone’s mind is made up.
