Back Into Lifting

my name is ryan im new to T-Nation and checking out new things…i just started to work out now and a daily basis right now im 6’4 about 160 i want to get my weight up around 170 or 175 and build some muscle mostly to tone and sculpt my body…i work out atleast 5 times a week depends on my schedule with work and my daughter…im using BCAA right now cuz i thought it fit what i needed and was just posting something for some pointers and advice on exercises and what supplements to take the help me out more thanks for the help

I don’t know what your frame size is, but if you’re 6’4", I’d think you’d be trying to get to at least 220 lbs. Read Dr. Berardi’s seven habits article and start eating.
