Another injury… Either from coughing, or from hitting artery with T-injection (Came out with a good bit of blood in needle) I had 2 swollen lumps, then it seems to have distributed through side of stomach area. Tender. I stopped blood thinners, a day and a half late. Seeing GP for physical right before 1000mile drive… hope she doesn’t send me for imaging.

WOOOoooo HOOOoooo!
I thought I had lost my decline bench attachment to the IronMaster super bench in the move! Just looked it up this week… $89! So well worth it! But grrr…

SO joined me stretching. Well, she tells me it’s in the closet!!! So, I can do declines!!! Now I just have to remember how to set up the dumbbell stand!

Looking good and not getting any injuries,

Getting hard to resist my pride in keeping weight down…

Don’t really understand why… what I’m doing has been unbelievably effective at building muscle. Likely due to my endocrine system coming in bottles and vials…

maybe I’ll feel better about it when I squat and dead again… Been out due to imbalance causing back to be out…

Note — I vary the degree incline/decline every workout. Not structured, just best effort.

5 ROLLOUTS !!! ---- used my knock off abb zapper… Who’d a thunk a fresh charge and sweaty abbs might amplify effect. So strained the scar tissue in rt lower abb where I had surgery in feb. A bit tender on pullovers and not bad pain during rollouts. close but dealable! So this is HUGE win!

5x5@35 curl – Last 2 sets were hammer curls. Golfer/tennis elbow felt a lot better will be switching.
5x10@35 bench — feeling wimpy about lack of increase so upping reps on lifts that feel lighter…
