Back in the game cycle

sup guys

been training around a year. last cycle was 500 test + 50 anadrol for 16 weeks, only ran drol first 4 and last 4. looked decent but not peeled, got fatter, slight gyno. cycle ended a week early cuz I had to take a 4 month break.

now I’m sitting at like 25 percent fat, lost most of the muscle I built, literally feel like a fat natty and kinda depressed ngl. face looks worse too.

trying to sort out a cycle for a high aromatizer that hits:
– fat loss + getting muscle back
– gyno control (nolva, ralox etc)
– fixing my brain cuz insta reels cooked my focus
– dick problems (lost some size)
– want to look good again, not going full looksmax mode
– skin + hair support too

my idea rn: 200 test (maybe titrate to 300) + 200 primo for 16 weeks, 30 anavar preworkout as long as liver allows then on/off. nootropics idk which ones to even use. peptides for skin + tan. some stuff for dick issues. maybe GH and looksmax to look better peptides (ghk-cu).

what else would u add for a high aromatizer with these goals? drop ur cycles too, need inspiration . gonna base everything on bloodwork anyway.

training, recovery and diet seem to work well for me. there is no cookie cutter routine for everybody but i can safely say that on cycle my routine is tip top.

well what do you advise since i already started. we are all dying anyway. so what can i do to get that lean nice body with gear and peptide use. cause to be honest im not training 10 years for something i can get faster

It took me eleven years to build my physique good enough to win my class at the Jr USA. It was done making steady progress with each year building on the previous year.

Death is inevitable for all of us. I believe that each year you get older that you will want to live another year. At 77 it would be nice to have at least 20 more. Life is good.

I won’t jump on you, and not to discount the other criticism, and I didn’t do Reta until after I was already reasonably lean for almost being almost 50, but if you were to do anything (beyond simply actually training and eating clean), you should research Reta. At 25 percent fat, it’s hard to believe your diet is reasonable or healthy. Reta also curbs other bad habits for some.
