My my how time flies when your not having fun. Last Sunday we all got the bug, so we blew it off. Monday was a normal day off. JimmyT and I did make it to the gym Tues. & Wend. . I just didnt post.
Thursday I got word the Gray was in the hospital. I didnt think much.
Couldnt make it Saturday. I had to do a funeral. JimmyT is moving.
Since we didnt make it Sat. we blew off Sunday.
Got word Sun. that Gray might have Cancer. Lymphoma. He was scheduled for exploratory surgery today. Went up there, moments before the Doc comes in and says were going to postpone until tomorrow. He says Grays kidney Doc has him scheduled for kidney stints tomorrow. He didnt want Gray to go through back to back surgeries, so he said they will do them both together.
He seriously needs your prayers. He is a great man. I know you guys dont know him, but believe me hes one of a kind. Im 47. Ive known him for 37. He was there for an awkward kid who couldnt get along with his dad. Shwoed me I could do something even though I was handicapped.
So I can sit down and type a blurp or two, but I dont think Ill be able to workout till Sat. at least.

It is Cancer. Well, the Doc says it is. They sent it off to pathology to confirm, But theyve already put the port in for chemo. They said they will start it as soon as it official. Theyre not sure what kid it is yet, but hopeful it can be cured.
Sorry to hear that, but it sounds like there’s plenty of room for hope. We’ll keep praying.
Your good friend has my prayers. Tell him he has to pull through, we can’t afford to lose anymore of the great ones. Stay very strong for your friend, it’s pay back time.
Its really hard for me to write anything about this man. I love him so much.
He married my friends mom when I was 9-10. She had 6 kids. None of them his. The oldest boy had seen new “dads” come and go. So he wasnt “his” dad. He single handedly made Grays life a living hell for years.
Gray just kept on being the best step dad he could. To me too. In the end, Gray won. He beat us all down with his steadfastness.
His spirit his contagious.
Ive got to go cry now.

Me too. That kills me. I hope that Gray has an easy time of it.
