Wow, that is a heap of leg and back work. Great volume and your moving decent weight there. Nice work.

Thanks GV, I’ve found I can’t do three lower days per week for long periods of time but I can do that much in waves.

Nice work Joe. I really like the one big exercise done for a lot of sets and go home workout. Obviously deadlifts are fun to do that with as well.

I’ve found that for my leg work I do better to do one thing each day and do multiple days rather than the other way around.

Weight currently at 203.4. Not a bad session over all.

As always solid work Joe, you still pulling sumo? And are you still doing the Medieval War Games? If you are we need new vid! Have a great weekend

Still pulling Sumo though I’m relearning conventional. Well you are in luck I’m still doing the Medieval Combat and we’ve got a war coming up in a couple of weeks that will have tons of video from it.

I was 203 this a.m. as well. It looks like you are holding strength a bit better. God damn am I sick of cutting, but its gotta get done.

Great work in here, Joe.

A fair bit of my weight loss was purely accidental. I just decided to go with it after a bit. My deads and squats have gone up a little but I have lost a some rep strength on bench.

A lot of people don’t agree with me, but I’m a believer that if you can lift more pound for pound at a lower body weight, then you’re stronger. Everyone has their personal set point for strength.

I still can’t get over the volume you do, Joe.

Great amount of lifting and power in here.

I tend to believe you, particularly on Deads. You should check out my Sat. day I went nuts on volume.
