For Jim’s BBB program he says to do 10-20 reps for 5 Sets of a Back exercise e.g. lat pull down.
I personally don’t benefit much from doing over 10-12 reps per set so could I just do 100 Total Reps on my Back regardless of the exercise e.g. 50 Chins and 50 rows rather than just 5X10-20 For chins. As I will still be hitting the amount of reps he says which is 100. Thanks

I wasn’t sure if the question made sense. Could I do 100 reps of 2 different back exercises at 5X10 instead of 100 reps for just one exercise at 5X20
You can do whatever you want man. If it doesn’t work though, try what Jim suggests.
