Back Again

Hello, again.

I got back from Iraq bout 6 months ago, and really didn’t go to the gym at all. Every once in a while, but not enough.

So now Im pissed that I let myself go this much, and have started training again. Doing GVT right now, terrible way to start a program, but I figure it’ll shock my system back into gear and if I can get through 6-8 weeks of GVT, everything else from then on out should be relatively, uh…not as bad.

I also managed to get a 3-month “scholarship” at a local MMA gym. Basically I get 3 free months of training, as often as I’d like, so thats cool.

Anyways, currently 5’9", 192lbs. Not as solid as I was. Little soft in some places. Bench about 240. No idea where my deadlift and squat are currently.
