lulz.

yup. this video is a poor example of his training, in fact it doesn’t show him training, more so he speaks about not being afraid to push and to try. i just like the guy, gets me fired up.

amazing how quick, for me anyways, i get lean and loss muscle when i stop training and scale back my calories. i lost 25lbs in a few months. now training again, muscle memory is nice, I’m adding size back on pretty quickly.

friend is training me, i want zero control right now. focusing on training in phases, focused on stabilization, endurance and core right now. the hope is if i can address any deficiencies related to my core and endurance then thereafter…all my big lifts will increase when i get back to training nuts and bolts style.

no lulz, because this fools videos have been posted a crap load of times on this site already…

So do us all a favor and stop posting his videos.

i just came off a shoulder injury and before that my knee pretty much back to back so i feel your pain it sucks loosing muscle but it always comes back quick. i had about 14 straight weeks of rehabing my shit and im still not 100% but im close. trainings never been my issue i will train unless im really injuried, diet is the hard part 6000 cals and trying to keep it clean gets old and and i get sick of the way shit tastes and cooking all the time gets old.

How about you stop trolling forums and post something constructive?

look, i barley post on this site anymore, too few serious trainees and too many folks w/ opinions or worse nothing + to add.

i didn’t know his vids were all over, i just found the guy…and i like him, i don’t care about his training style, i like his attitude and personality.

yup. i went from 146lbs to 232lbs and was pretty comfortable near 220lbs, so losing weight from lack of food and training sucked. That being said, having abs again is nice, both aesthetically and for my pecker. carrying too much fat is not the best for t-levels.

the stronger my core gets the better i feel overall, looking down and seeing abs makes me feel a ton better than having a little bulk belly as well.

i think we should all eat to grow but everyone should get lean and see there abs eventually, otherwise they shouldn’t think themselves as into bodybuilding. sadly for me, i lost more muscle than i wanted because my diet was a consequent to life events and not a contest type prep. also - big difference between accidentally getting to sub 10% and being sub 4% for a show…big damn difference.

I think i’ll post another of vids because they are new to me

I COMMAND YOU TO GROW MUTHUFUCKA

I always liked your posts. Plus anyone with big traps and a beard is worth listening to for training advice.
