So I take in a solid 5500 calories a day continuously. Mostly breast milk and lean cuts of sweet potato and carrots. Sundays are cheat days were mom mixes pop tarts and entire boxes of oreos into my oatmeal.

You need more direct arm work as you lack definition in your tris and bis need to be brought up a little.

i think u also need to go down about on ur calories… maybe do some cardio and do some direct abs work cuz ur lookin a little bit chubby around the middle.

Based on his caloric intake and follwing my I, Babybuilder protocol of Squats and breastmilk for radical hypertrophy and structured walking for distance and rattle shaking for Energy Systems work I prediction a LBM gain of several pounds. Lets see if I got his program nailed down or if we will have to tweak it.
