Baby Got Back.

I don’t get it, I thought that was straight leg deadlift. I had thought romanian was one leg at a time.
Has more to do with the hips, but you are probably right, its more of a SLDL, whatever the F it is, my glutes and hammies LOVE it;)

Snap, Girl it was feeling …feeling… grooved, my shoulders, upper back are letting me know what a good job of keeping tight/pulling back I did :0 Sure I could FS more, but I want to keep on my form and inch up slowly.
But no worries, Im gonna get the itch to throw some weight on there and successfully FS and ugly rep

Thanks CG, its bench day, In my head, I must have watched myself doing my lift umpteen times last night.

Nice work UP! I know i have seen you do those weights before but never so solid, tight and easy. Awesome job. One thing i was thinking about is dialing the set up in just a little tighter and more precise. Nothing major but as your weights keep climbing the set up will have a bigger role. Your doing great girl!
??? Never did tell me, Im assuming you are waiting for next FS day?he hip thing is gonna be huge for me!! Now to use it, lol. Couldnt I have clicked sooner? HA!

Yes, next fr sq and rdl day. Just tweaking your steps/set up a hair. Lol on hip thing…why will i not be surprised to hear your back down in the basement tonight or tmrw practicing it! Different things click at different times. You have spent a lot of time dialing in your grip, elbows, sweet spot, bar path etc. You have also been working on the right arch for you and leg drive!!!

Thanks G, although you still havent told me about set up

SPIN BIKE 40 min.

Few sprints/up out of saddle, but mostly just wanted to get it over with, I wish I had more of a love for cardio.

Good work on the bench. Your description of today’s cardio session is how I feel about cardio work as a whole. If I do manage to force myself to do it i just want to get it over wirh.

Your benching has improved a shit ton! Very smooth and it seems as if you got some good leg drive going. Awesome.

BP PR = happy face! well done…

Congrats on the PR, those are always gold.

THANKS!! So many QUES so little time, lol. Seriously, Only have benched with G a couple times, Im pretty happy with my progress. I was only using lower body when i absolutely had to, now I see I am going to need it all the time, just to be ready instead of the delay.

The BSS makes me feel like no other push/pull i do. Hitting the 35s last week, left me so proud!

Im going to see how the BB works, I tried once before but dont remember why i didnt like it as much as DBs, its easier so Ill have to load it up, think the back takes a lot of load of the legs. The article on here reminded me of them.

Do you just use DBS?

Yeah I am just using DB’s. My back foot being elevated leaves me a little less balanced and I dont want a BB on my back. I can do lunges and step ups with a BB and feel safe, but I am not strong enough in the BSS position yet.
