Jackass posted these over on Elite, but it’s too good to not share. There are two video links on the page, first is a 7 minute clip of some training in the gym(check out those jumps!) then a 43 minute clip of Louie talking to a group of throwing coaches.
Bump because most people would pay a lot of money to see Louie Simmons talk for 43 minutes on any subject.
