sorry i got you 2 mixed up. but the benching 5 times a week can be preached buy whoever you say thats all fine and good but how many people has pavel trained that have benched over 7 bills? joel taranzo? kenny patterson? shall i name more bottom line is for a strong bench it sucks. now im sure your content at saying your 300 is a good bench but this guy wants to be strong not 30lbs people like me get that my sophomore year in highschool. so naturalman until you can bench with the big boys dont give me your 5 times a week crap btw pavels still an arrogant peice of crap and i hope he drops a kettleball on his face. ill quote his ill try not use big words every time hes brougt up. you ust like to be patronized to like such a cockmaster
