I’m 27, 28 in June been training serious for 8 months and lovin the lifestyle change, Sober for the 8 months as well.
Just turned 39, been training since I was 15. Damn, that’s a long time! (And I totally agree with Shugart, if something like T-Mag haad been around 25 years ago, lord almighty how large I would be…!)
21 here and a fellow Boiler of Timbo’s. Graduating here shortly Timbo, when am I gonna see you at the Rec??
21, training since I was 15 on and off. I was 19 when I read a few books and started training properly, and even with that, if not for this site then I’d still be wondering when I’d be getting some gains. Really, thanks guys, who would’ve thought… 2 gms of protein per kg, wow!
I want to slap myself in the head when i think of where I would be if I’d read T-mag from the beginning. Starting lifting intelligently at 72kgs, 88 now and this is just the beginning…
I just turned 30, been training for 10 years to supplement my Kempo training.
It looks like the average age so far is 27.
Thought I’d better chime in on this one. I’m 22 and have one year of college left. I’ve been training seriously since I was about a senior in high school.

Almost 52. Training 2 years since a car accident and was told I wouldn’t walk again. Two years later I’ve lost 20lbs fat, gained 15lbs lean and hardly limp.
I’m 19, with 22 years of experience. For you math majors out there that’s 41, really old in dog years…but I forget the multiplier for that.
