i’m 21…lifting since 14 (seriously lifting since 18)
I turned 30 a week ago.

TC told me a while back that the average muscle magazine reader was in his teens and early 20s. T-mag’s average reader tends to be in his mid to late 20s and 30s. Of course, we’ve grown a lot since he told me that, but I think it’s fair to say we have a wide variety of readers from all age groups, but they tend to be more on the mature/intelligent side. (In other words, they don’t just buy mags for the pretty pictures; they want info.) As for you teens, man, you’re lucky. I wish something like T-mag would have been around when I was that age! I think we’d all be years ahead in our progress.
As for me, I’m 30.

I’m 18, and I think T-Mag rocks… I swear I’ve learned more here then I have in entire highschool courses.
18 yrs 9 months
I’m 969 years old. Been training for 952 years. Last 3 years have been training T-man style.
…24 going on 10
I am 16. I’ve been studying exercise physiology for three years now and I have to admit I know plenty (and I do mean plenty but not enough - nobody can ever learn enough) about training. During the summer (and maybe throughout college) I’m going to be a personal trainer (I am a member of ISSA and have read the entire manual) and I am definately planning on pursuing a degree in exercise physiology. Realistically I will become a film director/screenwriter and/or writer (creative and/or journalism) but college for me is going to be a time to learn even more about training!!! Oh yes, and in case you’re wondering, I have journeyed from magazine to magazine and website to website and I found nothing but junk. T-mag is the ONLY place where I find authentic information on training. It is truly unique and although I read many pieces of information which are anything but new my mind is thoroughly stimulated numerous times by T-mag’s personal daring and unparalled conquest to write the kind of stuff you just so happened to expect not to read. Okay, now wasn’t this topic supposed to relate only to age?
43…love the on-line & mail box mag
Paul B, it was purely a joke. Notice the nice smiley face.
22, as for training started doin’ push-ups in the womb.
tomorrow is promised to no one. outlaw.
I’m rollin’ with the big Two-Oh (20) here, but I feel like a lil’ kid! I’ve been lifting since about 16 but have been a bodybuilding, muscle head with nothing going on in my kitchen for about 2+ years. Although my physique is far from where it should be, I love this game and am in for the long haul.
TriMan…very impressive, young T-Bro! Sounds like you’re on the right track not only to success with physique goals but also with your career/life in general. Keep up the great and hard work and it would be great to see you around some more.
18 years old, and dont look a day over 20
20 and owning
Sorry, John Reynolds! 51 is pretty impressive, but I just made it to 56 yesterday. I won’t get too proud. I’ve met a couple guys over 65 and one over 70. We’ve got our work cut out for us if either one of us is going to set kind of record.
i think i win for youngest so far at 15. started 3 years ago, and have shunned wrestling coaches to follow T-mag’s teachings.
